Garlic & Herb Pitta Chips
Ingredients
- 12 pita pockets
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
- ½ tsp. dried basil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200C. Cut each pitta pocket into 8 triangles.
- Combine oil, garlic salt, black pepper and basil in a bowl. Brush the pitta pockets lightly with the oil. Place onto a baking tray and bake for 3-4 minutes. Turn the chips over and brush with the rest of the oil. Bake for another 3-4 minutes.
- The chips should be lightly browned and crisp – keep an eye on them whilst cooking as they might burn.
