I absolutely LOVE all the challenge recipes. I have never spent so little time in the kitchen and enjoyed such amazing food!!

I have been drinking the smoothies since August 2015.
They are so convenient. I find breakfast hard to eat. I don’t like eating the same thing all the time and I never know what I want so most of the time I would skip breakfast.
The smoothies have been amazing I love how quick they are to whip up and they are very filling!!
Having the healthy smoothies for breakfast allows me to start my day with the right amount of energy and I feel AMAZING!!

For exercise I attend the gym at least 3 days a week. I do boxing 1 day and either weights the other 2 days or weights one day and a step class the other day. I also enjoy going for a run with the dogs. They are great motivators!!
Exercise allows me to feel good about myself.
Motivation to go to the gym most days is hard especially when I have heaps to do at home BUT these days I will just put the kids in the car and leave, as leaving the house is the hardest part! Plus I know that I will feel AMAZING afterwards!!
Since joining the challenge I have only lost 3kg BUT There is a massive improvement in my body shape, my health and fitness. I am also a lot HAPPIER and so is my family!!
