Choc Caramel Smoothie
Ingredients
- 250ml coconut/almond milk
- 1 small banana
- 3 dates
- 6 cashews
- 1 tsp rice malt syrup
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1/2 tsp of cacao
- Lots of ice
Method
Soak dates and cashews in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain. Add all ingredients together and blend until combined.
Recipe makes 1 serve, 272 calories per serve
