Hi Mum’s!
My name is Lauren Jones and I am sharing with you an update of my weightloss journey with Lose Baby Weight– I have lost an amazing 18kg.
It has been a year now since I started the Lose Baby Weight programme, with the 28 day cookbook and a tub of smoothie!
Since then I haven’t looked back!
I have a wealth of knowledge on how to fuel my body to make me the most energetic I’ve ever been.
I’ve learnt so much about what my body is capable of, trying new forms of exercise and even attempting running.
Most of all I’ve learnt to love myself again!
I love my body for all it’s done to bring 2 babies (in close succession may I add) into the world, will never be the same but with the wonderful Lose Baby Weight programme it’s in the best shape it’s ever been!
I have lost 18kgs in a year, going from 72.4kgs in May 14′ to today at 54.4kgs.
The recipes are ingenious, smoothies almost addictive, thanks to their convenience and the guidance and support are second to none!
Thanks again for making me feel confident and amazing again, I am eternally grateful.
