We have another yummy recipe submission from our Private Facebook Support Group where members can send in their own super creative, healthy and YUMMY baking recipes that can be enjoyed while following a healthy eating plan.

INGREDIENTS
- 50g Dates
- 50g Pecans or any nuts you have on hand
- 40g Dark Chocolate Chips
- 40g Vanilla The Healthy Mummy Smoothie Powder
- 80g Peanut Butter
- 40g Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 15g Chia Seeds
METHOD
- Place dates & nuts into blender and blend until desired chunkiness
- Add the chocolate chips and blend until crushed
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the chia seeds, and blend until a wet consistency (kind of like mashed banana)
- Add the chia seeds and mix until combined
- Spoon into mini muffin tins (I used mini cup cake cases in my tin)
- Place into fridge or freezer to set
Makes 20 Bites, 88 calories per bite.
