Lose Baby Weight- Protein Bites

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • Place dates & nuts into blender and blend until desired chunkiness
  • Add the chocolate chips and blend until crushed
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the chia seeds, and blend until a wet consistency (kind of like mashed banana)
  • Add the chia seeds and mix until combined
  • Spoon into mini muffin tins (I used mini cup cake cases in my tin)
  • Place into fridge or freezer to set

Makes 20 Bites, 88 calories per bite.
