Hi Mums, I have lost 27kgs with Lose Baby Weight and have been maintaining that loss for the past few months.
This blog I would like to share with you my personal struggles my generalized anxiety disorder and depression and how my Lose Baby Weight healthy lifestyle is helping me.
In April 2015 I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and depression. These mental health disorders play a huge role in my daily life and can be so debilitating.
I struggle daily to keep motivated to exercise and to eat healthy. My medication causes me to have extreme hunger.
Im so grateful that I have Lose Baby Weight in my life as it has definitely helped me control and maintain my weight even whilst dealing with these mental health issues.
Exercise is the one of the best therapies for my anxiety and depression! Its amazing how just a simple walk or even an intense workout can dramatically improve one’s mood.
Eating healthy makes me feel better about myself. I do a huge bake once a week and freeze healthy treats so I can turn to them as a healthy alternative.
Being organized! I meal plan for a full fortnight. Not only does this help our family budget but it also reduces my anxiety and stress each night I get home from work as I know what to prepare for dinner.
I love that the Lose Baby Weight challenges are completely customizable meaning that I can select each meal and select meals that suit our family’s budget and taste buds.
My advice is each day is a new day, a fresh start. Forget yesterday and begin today with a clean slate.
