Hi Mums, I have lost 27kgs with the 28 Day Challenges and have maintained that loss.
In this blog I thought I would share some top tips for staying motivated. Staying motivated can be hard. We all have days where we just want to give up but here are some things that help me to push through and achieve my goals.

Set goals!

Make small and achievable goals. If we break down our journeys into small goal for example losses of 5 kg then the end result doesn’t become too overwhelming.

Take progress pictures

those scales lie but comparing pictures is a fantastic way to visually see your progress and you will want to continue.

Find an exercise that you love

When you love or enjoy an exercise you are more likely to keep continuing with it.

Stay prepared!

Keep updating your wardrobe. When you wear clothes too big for you it can become depressing. When you have an outfit that fits you you feel amazing and wish to continue further.

Most importantly!!!!  

REMEMBER …. each day is a new day and a fresh start. Forget what happened the day before and move on and do the best you can.
