Lose Baby Weight-Apple and Berry Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 Granny Smith apples-Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup mixed berries- Frozen is fine
  • Handful sultanas
  • 2tablespoons of honey
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1-2 Sheets reduced Fat Puff Pastry

Method

  • Cook Apple, honey, cinnamon and water on the stove for 15 minutes or until apples soften up, add mixed berries and sultanas and cook for a further 5 minutes, set aside to cool.
  • Line a tin with puff pastry, scoop in filling and place a smaller piece of pastry on top as the lid, place into a preheated 180degree oven for 40 mins or until top is golden.

Makes 8 slices
