Who remembers the yummy lollie “jaffa” balls that are full of additives and refined sugars?
Today we have for you a healthy refined sugar free, gluten free and dairy free Jaffa Bliss Ball for you all to try that you can enjoy while losing baby weight.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 9 dates
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/8 cup cacao/cocoa
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- Blend all ingredients together until well combined
- Roll in to balls
- Chill in fridge to set
Makes 10 balls
2 Balls per serve, 156 calories per serve
