Hi Lose Baby Weight
healthy_mummy_smoothieI am sending in this recipe as an entry for the smoothie recipe of the week. 
With Mangoes in season (yay!), I thought I would make a refreshing dairy free mango smoothie.

Mango Bliss 
  • 2 fresh mangoes
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbs lime juice (i used bottled lime juice as limes in QLD are very expensive and small right now) 
  • 2 tbs Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 3 green tea ice cubes (could just use water ice cubes)
  • Add 150 ml of iced tea if you want a smoothie versus sorbet texture

Blend and Enjoy!
I also used this recipe to make a delicious dessert on a humid evening. I did not blend in the ice cubed which made it quite thick and you could eat with a spoon, with some raspberries on top.
Or freeze the smoothie mix and enjoy a sorbet for dessert 🙂
